Anne Ward, founder of Blue Violet, is also a commissioned equine artist, having also worked in the bloodstock industry. She has commissions from owners of racehorses and stallions, and the above shows a selection of her work in this field. However, Anne does not restrict her subjects to Derby winners — she has painted many family pets, such as ponies and dogs.
